We do not run forms, user accounts, or sign-ups, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. This page explains the limited information we do receive when you contact us or visit the site, and how we handle it.
When you reach out to us by email, phone, or SMS, we use what you share — your name, contact details, and the substance of your leasing inquiry, tenant or client account or maintenance matter, or vendor procurement matter — only to respond and coordinate the follow-up it requires.
If you give recorded verbal consent to Iberic Malls operational SMS, we collect your mobile number, the date and time of consent, the operational category and subject you approved, the applicable script version, your affirmative response, the staff member who recorded it, message content, and delivery information. We use this information only for the category and specific subject to which you consented: leasing communications about the specific inquiry you approved; tenant or client communications about the specific billing, account, document, maintenance, service, repair, access, or property-operations matter you approved; or vendor communications about the specific quote request, clarification, scheduling matter, or authorized work you approved. Consent to one category or subject does not authorize messages about another. We do not use this operational SMS program for marketing or promotional broadcasts. Message frequency varies, typically 2–10 messages per matter and up to 10 messages per month for ongoing matters. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, message content, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This exclusion applies notwithstanding any other information-sharing described below. Contracted messaging processors and mobile carriers may process only the data needed to transmit messages, report delivery, and honor HELP or STOP requests; they may not use it for marketing.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and navigate this site. Google places cookies on your device to record information such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate (city-level) location, device type, and browser. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors. You can disable analytics by blocking cookies in your browser, by using a tracker-blocking extension, or by installing Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We share other, non-SMS information only with service providers who help us operate, with property owners or co-brokers when needed to facilitate an inquiry you initiated, or where required by law. Mobile phone numbers, message content, and SMS opt-in or consent records are excluded from property-owner, co-broker, affiliate, and marketing sharing. The limited processing by contracted messaging processors and mobile carriers described above applies only to transmitting messages, reporting delivery, and honoring HELP or STOP requests.
