When we purchased the property, it used to be a warehouse space where dirty and industrial activities were performed.
After an intensive investment program we transformed Doral Flex into Design at Doral; with the help of well renowned foreign architects and designers we turned it into the delightful property that we have today. We are proud that most of our initial Tenants accompanied us in the project and modified their business models into showroom spaces.
This is why we were awarded by the City, our efforts to improve the property were recognized. The Mayor and City Council, presented us a plaque in a City Council Meeting.
We are not done yet! We still have some big upcoming aesthetic improvement plans!
